Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET) will market new capacities for the regasification of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for its terminals Wilhelmshaven 01 and Brunsbüttel for the months of January, February and March 2025 on Monday, December 23. This is the first of two steps in the current marketing process. The federally owned subsidiary is initially offering three slots per terminal for short-term capacities on the PRISMA platform. DET will also offer further capacity for 2025 and beyond to the international market via PRISMA in late January/early February 2025. DET will provide information on the exact date shortly.

About DET: On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK), Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET) and its local partners market and operate the state-initiated floating regasification terminals (FSRU) with access to the North Sea, through which liquefied natural gas (LNG) is converted back into a gaseous state and fed into the German gas grid. DET is responsible for the four terminals in Brunsbüttel, Stade and two in Wilhelmshaven.
