Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET) is a state-owned German company responsible for operating terminals, where liquefied natural gas (LNG) is imported via ship. DET Terminal sites

Brunsbüttel
The second state-owned FSRU, the Höegh Gannet, commended operations in Brunsbüttel. A well-developed energy infrastructure, proximity to the metropolitan area of Hamburg and the connection to the German gas transmission grid characterize this site.

The Höegh Esperanza was the first LNG terminal in Germany to go into operation in Wilhelmshaven.

Marketing of the regasification capacities at the terminals in the German coastal region is one of our core tasks. Terminals

DET is a state-owned German company that operates three state-owned, floating LNG terminals and the terminal project Stade. The operating DET terminals are located in Brunsbüttel and two in Wilhelmshaven. All terminals perform regasification using Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRU). Together with our experienced market partners, we coordinate the work on-site and manage the capacity marketing.
