Maintenance and repair work at LNG Terminal Wilhelmshaven 1

From October 6 to 10, 2025, scheduled maintenance and repair work will take place at LNG Terminal Wilhelmshaven 1. In addition to long-planned measures, minor repairs that can only be carried out during a shutdown will also be performed during this period.

Dirk Lindgens, Head of Communications at Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH, explains: “The work is deliberately scheduled at the beginning of autumn to ensure smooth operations throughout the winter.”

During maintenance, the FSRU Höegh Esperanza will remain at berth. Neither shipping traffic nor terminal safety will be affected.

These measures are part of the terminal’s regular maintenance program and are intended to ensure the long-term reliability of the entire facility.
